Woodland Series Previously known as the Satin Series, the S&P Woodland series guitars are built with the same attention to craftsmanship and sound as our high-end Showcase series. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional acoustic guitar in all price ranges and for all levels of players and these guitars are no exception.
The S&P Woodland models feature Select Pressure Tested Solid Tops in solid cedar or solid spruce, both offering excellent response and projection. The back and sides are made from a 3-way lamination of authentic hard wood . These back and sides, along with the solid tops, are finished with a Custom Polished Finish that will not impede the sound quality of the instrument, in comparison to a thick polyester finish that will muffle the true sound of the guitar. The comfort of the silver leaf maple necks in the Woodland series comes from the process of individually buffing and sanding each neck by hand. Found and harvested in North Eastern Quebec, Silver leaf maple is a wood similar to the density of mahogany but much less porous, which allows for it to be treated to an incredibly smooth finish.
Delivering a sound and feel comparable to acoustic guitars twice their price, its easy to see and hear why the S&P Woodland series guitars have truly struck a chord with acoustic players the world over.
The Woodland series Gloss Top models include the revolutionary TRIC case and B-Band A3.2 electronics. Optional B-Band A3.2 electronics are available on all other models.
Vintage Burst Series Previously known as the Sunburst series, the S&P Vintage Burst series guitars are striking to say the least. Each model features a vintage look complemented by a stunning Custom Polished high-gloss finish. The Vintage Burst series features carefully selected, pressure tested, solid cedar tops with back & sides made from a 3-way lamination of red wild cherry, to combine for a full acoustic sound of resounding warmth. The hand contoured high-gloss black headstock sits elegantly atop the comfortable silver leaf maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. The inlaid wood rosette and cream binding, along with a Tusq nut and fully compensated saddle by Graphtech, add to the quality and finishing touches of the Vintage Burst series.
From a full size dreadnaught with or without cutaway, to the 12 string, Folk and Parlor sizes, there's sure to be a model for all tastes in this line of distinct sounding guitars.

Showcase Series Previously known as the PRO Series, the S&P Showcase guitars are the upper echelon of the entire line. Superbly crafted in a separate, secluded acoustic studio where each guitar can be individually & meticulously crafted by a handful of the finest luthiers in the business. Being artists in their own right, these luthiers devote much time and attention to every aspect in the process of building these high-end guitars. Both the look and more importantly the sound of these fine instruments are brought to fruition by the passion and artistry of the luthiers who lend their craftsmanship to each guitar.
The Showcase models are some of the best acoustic guitars we have ever built. Featuring only the highest grade of Select Pressure Tested solid spruce tops which are tuned and supported by the strong, yet extra-light, Adirondack spruce bracing to achieve an exceptionally dynamic response. The Showcase bodies are complemented by the sound and look of the finest solid wood back & sides and then finished with a high-gloss Custom Polished finish. The mahogany necks are sanded and finished by hand to provide remarkable comfort and playability up and down the rosewood fingerboard. The classic aesthetic beauty of these acoustic guitars are accentuated by the intricate wood rosette, natural wood binding, high-ratio gold plated tuners with cream buttons, deluxe Tusq bridge pins by Graphtech and the abalone and mother-of-pearl logo on the hand contoured high-gloss headstocks.
Each Simon & Patrick Showcase guitar includes the revolutionary TRIC case and the choice of optional AER electronics for exquisite plugged in acoustic sound.
