The amplifier is unwrapped and checked by myself prior to dispatch to ensure I catch any potential problems before it reaches you! Most importantly, if you have any problem with your amplifer in the following 12 months from purchase I will personally replace the unit for a brand new model with a renewed 12 month warranty! This service is invaluable for gigging and home players who do not want to be without their amp for weeks on end whilst it gets repaired.
