With their ever-evolving array of exotic chord structures and articulate arpeggios, jazz and fusion guitar players must be able to reach each note on the fretboard with ease and comfort. The Peavey JF-1 combines a classic jazz-style guitar design with modern Peavey pickups and several features tailored for maximum comfort and playability. By slightly accentuating the neck angle and employing a set neck design, access to the upper register of the JF-1 is unencumbered, making this guitar completely comfortable—an instant extension of the guitarist's imagination.
The JF-1 also features a thin, lightweight maple ply guitar body, maple neck with rosewood fretboard and pearl block inlays, quilt cap and cream binding on the body, two Peavey humbucking pickups, two volume controls, two tone controls and a three-way, toggle-style pickup selector.
