I (Richard) will be in touch shortly to verify your order, confirming colour and setup options and to book a delivery date. I always try where possible to speak with you by phone.
When it is time to deliver your guitar, I will ALWAYS get in touch to confirm you are still ok with the date arranged (we all have other things on our mind!) and once I receive the all clear - it goes out to you for the next working day as promised.
If I don't hear from you, expect to hear from me! All orders are personally followed up by myself to make sure the guitar, playability and service all round lived up to your expectations.
