I felt completely at ease the moment I walked into the shop & what a pleasant change from the reception you get in so many music shops nowadays.
I must also salute your patience for indulging me for more than two hours whilst I tried the majority of your acoustic stock. I finally settled on a new Stonebridge DS 23 CR acoustic & although as I said at the time, one of your much less expensive Cort acoustics made it a very difficult decision.
I'd read your reviews in the past about Cort and Stonebridge guitars and, like many I suspect, thought never heard of them, probably nothing special. Well, I have to say you are absolutely right; they really are that good and should be tried by anyone considering a new guitar. All the guitars I tried on the day were in my opinion better than some very well known (and expensive) brands i'd played a few weeks before whilst on holiday.
The Stonebridge is absolutely superb in all respects, fantastic build quality, superb sound and is wonderful to play. Playability is in part down to the minor, but important tweaks made by Chaz Gordon as part of the premier service you provide. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him.
The guitar was ready for me to collect as we'd agreed so, all in all a very pleasant experience which I'm sure I'll repeat in the future.
