In years gone by I have learnt that more staff = more problems. The addage "if you want it done properly - do it yourself" springs to mind. The way I manage to keep the service as personal as I do is to ensure I am personally involved from start to finish.

I currently handle all online orders personally. I have had several managers do this role in the past yet NONE were ever able to offer the service I was happy with. I will do my best to look after your needs throughout the order process.

Richard Cholerton (Me)

As I have mentioned I deal with all online orders but also develop the website with a strong focus on education. We are here to help and advise, not just sell so please do get in touch if you need the help..


Teresa Cholerton

Mother of my two wonderful children but she still some how manages to keep the books straight! The epitome of multi tasking.


Chaz Gordon

Our wonderful guitar tech and highly knowledgeable guitar specialist. Chaz was one of my first ever customers 13 years ago - little did I realise he would one day become part of the team. He's been setting up and reparing guitars for over 20 years.
