Got this yesterday and played it while I had time last night. Beautiful. And a good price too.

2 single coil pickups (I believe)

OK - it's not a proper Warwick, but I've lusted after a 5-string bass for way too long and this will certainly meet my needs for a while.

OK - as I was saying, the neck feels great - nice and beefy, I like width of it, though to be fair, I've only ever played about 5 or 6 other 5-string basses.

The extra string didn't take long to get used to, it feels great to have those extra notes. It sounds most delicious when the bridge pickup is cranked up, the low notes to growl nicely.

The only thing I'm slightly concerned about is the noise coming from the single-coil pickups. I know noise has been talked about a lot in the forum, but I'm not sure what to do... I don't want it to stop me being able to record with it. I'm recording in N.Ireland in a couple of weeks for a friend, and I'd prefer to use this bass.
