Victor runs Dr. Um and must have been in town now for getting on for 10 years. He has a very similar ethos towards customer service as myself and offers drum lessons as well as "tuning" and drum setups.
Leamington is really lucky to have a both a dedicated guitar specialist and Drum specialist in the same town - in fact - on the same street!
You won't find a more down to Earth guy or anyone who is more willing to help you than Victor so if Drums is your thing - check him out.
