Mikey2341 Mikey2341 Be Nice (I'm New!) Registered: 09/01/06 Posts: 15 Loc: Manchester	Hi Guys, I'm going to have a look at a friends bass tomorrow that is apparently a Cort "violin" does anyone know anything about them? I've looked on the web but not found anything on them, anyone got one? Registered: 03/05/08 Posts: 889 Loc: tite	Evening Mikey I'm afraid I don't know anything about this particular bass and you're right, neither the UK nor USA Cort web sites show anything like a "Violin" bass. I presume you mean something like the old Hohner violin base that Paul McCartney plays? It might be an old model they no longer make, but I suggest you send a private email to Richard - if anyone knows he will, he's specialised on Corts for a number of years. I can date that specifically by the band I was in at teh time. Ihey came in antique (see below) and black finishes. I wish I had bought a black one too, they looked really cool. Photo :
