My technician is responsible for packing the free straplock strap and voucher for £50 of a weeks stay at my parents 4 star holiday accomodation (with private country walk for anyone who is interested! Visit http://www.littlehavenstratford.co.uk for details).
I do not deal with accessories specifically to avoid inconveniences and focus on peoples guitar requirements but the following is an example of how it effects the customer and ultimately my reputation when our packing procedure falls down...
Needless to say the vouchers and strap are on their way right now and I have emailed the customer apologising for the inconveniences...

Your guitars are wonderful- beautifully set up etc. I am no0t bothered that I didn't receive the vouchers for a holiday but I would have appreciated the promised guitar straps. I did get one for the 5th Avenue acoustic but not for the Kingpin, although ypoum promised to send it on 2 occasions. Okay, it's not the end of the world if the strap isn't forthcoming but it does take the sheen off what would be a perfect guitar experience.
