Hi Richard

Just wanted to contact you to say thanks very much to yourself and Chaz for all your help and assistance when I came into your shop earlier this week- I ended up the the Cort Zenox 42
I think in this day age we're all to quick to complain about bad service but will often ignore and not pass comment on good service, or in you case exceptional service.
As I mentioned I'm just a beginner so at the moment I am "quite bad" or at least "not very good at all" when it comes to actually playing guitar. This lack of greatness coupled with the nonchalant, to cool for school attitude found in some of the staff in some other guitar/music stores can be a real obstacle to actually going and trying out instruments when you're just starting out. I've walked out of more than one guitar shop on several occasions when I've got that member of staff who really just wants to impart to you how "cool" he actually is through the medium of chewing gum in an actively disinterested way (they must practice that at home in front of the mirror).
So it was an absolute joy to find your shop, which is a very relaxed place to be and you couldn't have been more helpful. I'd really like to emphasise this in particular because I'm sure there are other beginners out there who have that same dread of the "guitar shop" - fear no more because Richard's Guitars is the antidote to all those "too cool guitar shop dudes".

All the best
