Semi-serious...

Build the guts of a Stylophone into the guitar. The keyboard could be on the scratchplate, and the "stylus" could be used as the whammy bar as a good place to keep it... ;\)

Could you not put it into the fret board, and just wire the stylus cable to the bridge - then when you fret the string, you will complete the circuit
I think that would be well cool!!!

Vox guitar organ did exactly that ;\)

You couldn't bend notes though... Each fret was split into six separate contacts...
