I can recommend Alan Arnold Guitars.
After seeing a couple of performers using AAGuitars, 6 months ago I got Alan Arnold Guitars to build me a custom acoustic guitar. It's much better than my custom Gibson - and only 2/3rds of the price!!
The action is incredibly good, and immediately people said my playing was even better ... actually I suspect it just sounded better, but who am I to complain ;-)
