Hi, Just wondering if any one can help with an answer?
Q. If you receive a brand new acoustic, check it over to confirm everything is ok....and it appears to be, including the bridge. Then four weeks later bridge lifts, lower bout concaves and sound board shifts above strap pin.
Are we looking at a, `in-transit` hit, from four weeks ago or a bad bridge glue job. Thanks.

Hey and welcome.

I'm not sure what the cause of the problem is, but I'm sure you should be able to get your money back as it's not something you will have caused. I doubt it's something that would happen in transit, so it leaves a fault with the guitar from manufacture as the likely cause.

Hi Beegee, check your electronic tuner & your not overtuning your guitar, if the strings are too tight they will rip the bridge off, Happened too me on my very first guitar. Hope this helps.
