This is an online collaboration via the Band In A Box forum with Alan, an avid Strat/Hank Marvin fan. I wrote the tune, Alan played verses one and three and I played verse two. Fills were added to each others' main parts.
I think the contrast between Alan's full-on Hank twang and my Les Paul warmer tones works well.
Scene: The six months of unrelenting cold and snow is over. It's a very warm Spring day; you seek refuge and lie under a tree looking up at the sun-dappled leaves as you drift away...
'Beneath The Trees'.

I like the idea of the fills under each others verses, works really well with the contrasting guitar sounds.
