I have been working on integrating the forum and guitars.co.uk classifieds.

The expanded use of the guitars.co.uk site and the commercial value it has for dealers will ultimately generate more and more visitors for the forum.

The guitars.co.uk forum began its life associated with Regent Guitars (some of you no doubt too young to remember the "old days"!!) and only became a succesful forum because of the visitors who were already visiting a "commercial" site full of guitars.

I personally now specialise in a small number of guitars hence my relevancy in terms of traffic to my site is much smaller - which in turn could reduce the traffic to the forum.

By ensuring a wide range of guitars from a wide range of sources (new and used) Guitars.co.uk now has a much wider audience as a result.

If the odd one or two "don't get it" then frankly I am sick of defending it! I just have to remind myself that I know what I am doing! You cannot please all the people all the time and I personally feel the link between guitars.co.uk and the forum is perfectly balanced/relevant and interesting for the visitors.

I sincerely hope you all like it!

I have always been limited by the technical expertise so fingers crossed things will continue to improve.

I like that new logo at the top! by the way, if I click on that or for instance 'New Guitars' button and it takes me to a sales page the page is right-aligned so everything kind of falls off the screen and you have to scroll over to see the sale items. May be how the logo is set up on the page? at least thats what happens when I click through.

Ahh. Its probably just my friend updating the site. It is constantly being modified at the moment and very often when he is editing the site, the site moves over to the right and as you say you have to scroll across to see the results.

If you check now or later you should just see it rectifies itself depending on whether he is working on it or not.

Let me know if you continue to see this problem!

New look and formatting is much better. Blimey I gave positive feedback and it didn't hurt for a moment.
