Put some new stuff on my mp3 player at the weekend:

Dude can play, but isn't flashy with it, just flippin' amazing.

I think this album has already made an appearance in this thread. Extreme feel the pressure from the grunge/alt-rock backlash against everything with meedly-meedly guitars and anything-more-than-competent singers on it and turn this in to their record company, to no avail. Rough around the edges, with a live-sounding drum sound that reminds me of later Led Zeppelin and some interesting forays in to effects from Nuno, who is also a bad mother hubbard on the guitar. You can hear the bass too, which is an improvement on "Pornograffitti"

I did a search on this forum for Last.fm, but got no results, so I guess this free web radio from London is new to most of you. Here's my user profile, and at the moment Little Feat is playing while I'm listening to my "loved tracks". This is one (subscriber) option to create your own radio stations there, a freebie option would be to add all your favorite bands to your library and listen to that afterwards (if their music is available on Last.fm).

Ack. Can't stand that guy and his warbling toss. Wouldn't know a tune if you hit him with one.

I guess this free web radio from London is new to most of you.
I know Last.fm very well but stopped using it when I got Spotify 'Free'. It's amazing and I am considering becoming a Premium user so I can use it on my iPhone.
