Yeap, easy.
Although I'm sat at work at the moment, using a PC 
so can't help on the exact functions or which menus to use.
From memory you'll need to get the music of the CD and into an audio file, ITunes will do that no problem.
You can then import the audio file in GB, it converts them and then it'll show up as a new track. You can then add and record other tracks of your own as part of the same project.
When finished you can save them back as MP3s or a few other audio file types.
It really is a great programme and pretty easy to use.
