It takes me all my time to play and breath! When I get to a difficult bit I am like a Cheetah. I take a deep breath and hope to get through it before I need another.

Remembering to breathe is quite a common problem and not just in the guitar world.

In my younger days I'd ride Superbikes on the UK circuits, and at times I'd be concentrating so hard on my line, my position on the bike and any traffic up ahead, that I'd forget to breathe!

Doesn't half mist up your visor when you suddenly remember to breathe out \:D

I have trouble remembering to breath when I run or do other exercise. This is not good.
Don't have any trouble with breathing and guitar playing through.
