That looks really good and considering the tools you used. Couldent imagine cuting a body with a jigsaw again after having a band saw for a number of years.. wonder what finish your going to go for. Having the pickups the otherway round should give you a more rounded sound.

I was wondering how the pups would effect the sound, haven't really heard it yet.
The wood is really quite resonant and light weight, but I think it'll still have good depth of sound (bridge is really solid and heavy).
the finish is going to be black gloss (my friend's choice), she liked the look of my all black strat. i've only made transparent finishes before, so hoping this will be a bit easier.
